Temp-to-Hire

Working a Temp-to-Hire position, you work at an assignment on a trial basis towards the possibility of being hired as our client's employee. This is a great way for you to work in various industries until you find the right fit for your qualifications. It is also a way to get your foot in the door and demonstrate your talents to the company that you would like to hire you. Many companies only hire their employees on a temp-to-hire basis so that they can see if the employee possesses the required qualifications for the job.

Direct Hire
